As we all know, being in college in an unaccustomed place, which is my kind of experience that I talk about, is all about having fun and prospecting the best we can. Making new friends, adapting to new changes in life, learning to stay organised and maintain some discipline in our life.

My Secret Agenda to Happiness

My life always had ups and downs and there hasn't been a single day that I wouldn't stop complaining about things I wish I could be happy for but wait for it to find me. I never convinced myself that I was a carefree person when my friends endorsed until the day I moved to a new place and figured quite a bit about me and how I progressed situations for the better. 

Being in a place you're born and having the same lifestyle, same friends, same food, same happiness is what we expound as life. Why does it change suddenly when you're in a new place? Why does it feel like you have lost everything and it all comes to an end? Well, most of us forget that there's a lot more to than foreseeing a small box from the outside. 

Here are the list of things I do to keep myself going on and what I could possibly remember. 

Wo-men or No-men

What makes women different from men? Why is she taught to follow restrictions in order to survive? Why are men out, late nights having the fun of their life while women are made to clasp herself within four boundaries? Why are men the majority on the scale of entrepreneurs than women?

Abu Dhabi - Home Bound

Abu Dhabi, the capital emirate of the United Arab Emirates out of the seven emirates i.e, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah. The origin of the name is uncertain and it means the 'Father of the Gazelle'. It was named after an old story about a man who used to chase deer. In Arabic, deer is Dhibaa (Plural) and Dhabi (Singular).

Al Nahyan is one of the six ruling families in the United Arab Emirates. The late His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan served as president since 2 December 1971 and is well known as the Founder of the UAE. The present president of the UAE, Emir of Abu Dhabi and Supreme Commander of the Union Defence Force is His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan since November 3, 2004, replacing his father HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who had died the day before.

Population = 1.5 Million
Total Area = 972km²

Chennai - My Picky Moment

Being in Chennai for 4 years is something I haven't dreamt of doing my B.Tech. I have gained and lost many but few remains treasured. But by traveling to a new place, we learn to adapt to changes and accept things around us the way it is. We learn their beauty and flaws and explore wild paths. 

And I have always been that crazy person wanting to try everything. I have listed few of my best picks for knowing Chennai as one of my memorable moments and yes, there are places I haven't been but got the best knowledge from people who have been there. 

Guess this is how I go about with my last two months in Chennai.

A true writer's thoughts

I love collecting books simply cause the feel of the soft cover, colors, title engraved on the cover with metallic colors, the number of pages that makes it feel more wanted and the size of the text, preferably medium. It always caught my eyes watching my two brothers reading huge books of harry potter and so on, with the small font in small duration of time. That summarizes my love for collecting books. It never occurred to me even once on how they felt reading the whole book or what kept them going on.

One of the disturbing habits of my second brother was that once he's done reading a book, it simply goes for a toss. Even today, I never understood his logic spending so much on buying them and throwing them away, instead donate or give it away for good purpose. He's into the world of minimalist having the things he really wants.

On the other hand, it inspired me to pull up a bookshelf and collect books to make you look like a devoted reader, through my elder brother. He's so passionate about reading fictions and novels and I find it so hard to gift him a perfect book.

Red Velvet Cake Recipe

Well, I know there's a lot of you who would die for this moment. It was my one of my close friends, Melissa who introduced this and it was mind blowing. It was one hell of a cake that made me give up on everything I knew about cakes. Even you, dark forest and truffle cake. 

So, this happened to be my brother's favorite and I wanted to make it myself, for him.

Turned out to be great!

It barely took any pain or time. All you need is the ingredients and a bit of wild music.
